Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Company, (herein after referred to as “Sikorsky”), In support of former Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation’s UH-60M Helicopter Acquisition Project Industrial Cooperation Program (ICP) requirements, SIKORSKY is preparing to hold a Sourcing Conference for the following two proposed ICP projects:

塞考斯基- 洛克希德·馬丁公司（以下簡稱“Sikorsky”），為支持前塞考斯基飛機公司的UH-60M 直升機採購項目工業合作計劃(ICP) 的要求，SIKORSKY 將準備舉辦一屆工合商務會議，內容包括：兩個擬議的ICP項目：

•  Post Process for Aircraft Landing Gear Parts / 建立航空器起落架組件特殊製程處理技術工合案

This ICP project is designed to assist one or more Taiwan local companies through technology transfer to acquire the necessary technical skills to enhance and expand their aerospace post processing capabilities in the manufacturing of aircraft landing gear and other parts and components.

本工業合作專案目旨在通過技術移轉方式協助一家或多家台灣本土航太廠商獲得必要的技術技能，以增強和擴展其在飛機起落架和其他零部件製造方面的航太特殊製程之能力。

•  Turbine Engine Air Turbine Starter and Related Components Depot-Level Maintenance /  渦輪發動機氣動啟動器及相關組件廠級維修能量工合案

The goal of this ICP project is to assist one Taiwan local company that already has basic capabilities in the maintenance and repair of aircraft system components to establish a depot-level maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) service center for turbine engine Air Turbine Starter (ATS) and related components.

本工業合作專案的目的是協助一家已經具備飛機系統部件維護和修理基礎能力的台灣本土公司建立一個廠站級渦輪發動機氣動啟動器(ATS）和相關組件之維護、修理和大修（MRO）服務中心。

The purpose of this sourcing conference is to introducing Sikorsky/Lockheed Martin, the proposed ICP projects and to select a number of qualified local partners for the participation of these two ICP projects.

本屆商務會議的主要目的是介紹Sikorsky/Lockheed Martin以及籌劃擬議的兩個工業合作專案(ICP)，並選擇一些合格的當地合作夥伴參與這兩個工業合作項目。

The basic criteria for the local participants for this ICP project are:
本工合案之本地合作廠商挑選之條件是:

• Currently engaged in aerospace service or manufacturing business
  目前從事航太服務或製造行業

• Has achieved one or more internationally recognized industry quality or technical accreditations, such as ISO9001,  AS9100 , Nadcap, international industry certifications or licenses , as well as valid Taiwan business registration, etc.
  已取得一項或多項國際認可的產業品質或技術認證，如ISO9001、AS9100、Nadcap、國際行業認證或執照，以及有效的台灣商業登記等。

• Committed to execute according to the project schedule, and fulfill all the tasks, duties and responsibilities as required to cooperate with SIKORSKY on the ICP project in order to successfully complete the project on time.
  承諾按照專案期程的要求，執行及完成所要求之工作、任務以及責任，與SIKORSKY 合作成功的完成工合專案。

Sikorsky reserves the right to select the final local participants based on the result of survey, evaluation, experience, technical capabilities and best fit for the ICP program.
塞考斯基公司保留最終選擇本地參與者之權利, 按照對每一位參與者調查, 評估及最終選擇核准之結果決定.
