In order to effectively promote industrial cooperation, the Ministry of Economic Affairs (the "MOEA") set up an "Industrial Cooperation Steering Committee" (hereinafter referred to as the "Steering Committee", in which both the Vice Minister of the Ministry of National Defense (the "MND") and MOEA are designated as the co-chairman. The Executive Committee, under the Steering Committee, is chaired by the Director General of the Industrial Development Administration (the "IDA"), MOEA, comprised representatives from relevant government agencies, scholars, experts and representatives of industry, which is responsible for ICP operation and all proposed ICP projects review and evaluation.
